Imagine for a second…

Take a Risk

Don’t be afraid to take a risk. That is the only way you will grow and make money.

Taking a risk is the only way you will grow and the only way you will have the opportunity to make a substantial amount of money.

Be diligent in paying your bills and keeping checkbooks balanced. If you stay on top of it, it will help keep the bills paid down.

Don’t forget to spend your money. It’s not all about saving it and being frugal. Take some time to enjoy it and spend it on yourself. Make sure your needs and responsibilities are met but, don’t be afraid to spoil yourself.

Empire of Lemonade Stands

Parents should nurture business at an early age.

However, instead of just teaching our kids to run a lemonade stand or cutting grass, we should be teaching them to build a small empire of stands or to spend their time finding several clients.

Then they can have other kids run the stands or do the cutting for them while they organize everything and run the business.

Teenagers should worry less about buying a car and more about buying real estate.

If they were to buy rental units or properties to flip early on (with Mom and Dad’s help), they could pay cash for a new house and a new car.
