It’s Mental

It is mostly mental.

The mind has a way of tricking the body into thinking it can’t do something, when it can.

As long as you can learn how to occupy or entertain the brain, then you can push the body farther.

We tend to think that we have to believe what the mind is telling us. When the truth is, we can control its thoughts and use that to motivate ourselves.

Don’t be afraid

Don’t be afraid.

Fear will paralyze your dreams and motivation.

You will be taken care of. you will find what you need. you can be in charge of your fears and can control them. Your imagination is often worse than what actually comes about.

What we mistake for fear is  often better described as anxiety, concern, uneasiness or doubt but not fear. Fear is what we feel when faced with a life or death situation.

Celebrate when you receive this feeling; you are on the right track and being asked, “How bad do you want it?”

Don’t be afraid, keep pushing forward.
